Currently, it operates 130 global stores around the world, including Shinsegae Department Store, famous domestic department stores, duty-free shops, Japan, Hong Kong, and the United Kingdom.

Cancellation or change after 6PM of 1 day prior to check-in, penalty will be charged.

Grand deluxe room (Secret, Atelier) & Suite standard number of people : 2 adults (up to 3 adults or 2 adults & 2 children after additional fee)
Extra fee (excluding tax) | Grand Deluxe 50,000 KRW, Suite 100,000 KRW - Accommodation with a dog requires prior request and reservation confirmation of the hotel confirmation. Additional fee are incurred.
Extra fee (excluding tax) | 100,000 KRW for one dog, 160,000 KRW for two dogs
Only dogs weighing less than 10kg can stay up to two dogs per room, and some aggressive dogs may be restricted from entering according to the dog accompanying regulations. - Additional charges for room maintenance may apply for room decoration with flowers, balloons. (Room maintenance fee: 55,000 KRW)
The use of bath salts that may cause bathtub discoloration and bath gels that could potentially lead to slip accidents is not allowed for your safety.
