Q. 드레스, 헤어 & 메이크업은 포함되어 있나요?
본 상품에는 제휴 스튜디오의 촬영비와 호텔 대관료만 포함되어 있습니다.
드레스 및 헤어 & 메이크업은 고객님께서 별도로 준비해주셔야 합니다.
Q. 촬영 장소는 어디인가요?
촬영은 레스케이프 호텔 내 스위트 객실 1곳, 라이브러리, 계단 등에서 진행됩니다.
이 외 호텔 입구, 레스토랑 등 공용 공간은 호텔 운영 상황 및 촬영 일정에 따라 변동 될 수 있으며, 상담을 통해 최종 확정됩니다.
Q. 지인 또는 반려견 동반이 가능한가요?
[지인 동반]
호텔 내 촬영 시 신랑, 신부 외 1인까지 동반 가능합니다.
(드레스 헬퍼, 헤어 스타일리스트는 동반 가능 / 아이폰 스냅 작가는 동반 불가)
또한 제휴 스튜디오에 따라 들러리 촬영 등 브라이덜 샤워 콘셉트도 진행할 수 있으며, 이 경우 추가 요금이 발생할 수 있습니다.
[반려견 동반]
레스케이프 호텔은 반려견 동반이 가능한 ‘펫 프렌들리 호텔’입니다.
반려견과 함께 촬영 시, 펫 전용 객실로 배정되며 보호자 동행 및 케이지 지참이 필수입니다.
※ 고양이를 포함한 기타 반려동물은 동반이 불가합니다.
Q. 촬영 원본은 제공되나요?
제공 여부 및 범위는 제휴 스튜디오마다 상이하므로, 예약 시 자세히 안내해 드립니다.
Q. 계약금 및 취소/환불 규정이 궁금해요.
[계약금]
총 금액의 50%이며, 계약 체결 후 3일 이내 결제해주셔야 예약이 확정됩니다.
[취소 및 환불]
계약금 결제 후 72시간(3일) 이내에는 전액 환불이 가능하나, 이후 취소 시 위약금이 발생합니다.
Q. 개인 소품을 활용해도 되나요?
고객님의 스토리가 담긴 소품 사용은 언제든 환영합니다.
다만, 호텔과 사전 협의가 필요하며, 촬영 중 고객 귀책 사유로 호텔 기물이 파손될 경우 별도 비용이 청구될 수 있습니다.
Q. 촬영은 몇 시에 시작되나요?
호텔 집결 및 촬영 시작은 오전 11시~12시 사이이며, 정확한 시간은 상담 후 확정됩니다.

L’Escape Hotel of JOSUN HOTELS & RESORTS Inc. (hereinafter the “Company”) values its guests’ information including e-mail addresses registered by customers while using the service of the Company’s website (hereinafter the “Website”). The Company does not collect e-mail address without customers’ consents. If a company automatically collects its customers’ e-mail addresses by using technical means to send commercial e-mails, it shall be faced with less than a year jail sentence or be fined less than KRW10, 000,000 in accordance with the Subparagraph 3 of the Paragraph 5 of the Article 50 of the Korean Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection (IT Network Act).
L’Escape Hotel will be operated under the Marriott brand from December 29, 2025.
Accordingly, your personal information related to reservations and stays will be transferred and provided to Marriott (Country: United States).
Please review the following details and indicate your consent.

- Marriott (Country: United States)
2. Items of Personal Information Transferred/Provided
- Reservation and stay information (name, gender, mobile phone number, email address),
financial information (card type, card number, expiration date, date of birth), and booking/stay details.
3. Purpose of Transfer/Provision
- To operate global brand-standard services, identify and verify guests, provide hotel reservation and stay services,
manage room operations and handle customer service and inquiries.
4. Time and Method of Transfer/Provision
- Securely transmitted and stored through the hotel system upon check-out after the transition date.
5. Retention and Use Period
- 7 years after room reservation.
※ Please note that under the Marriott brand policy, the retention period will be extended to 7 years,
compared to the previous consent form’s 5-year retention period.
You may refuse to consent; however, in such cases, reservation and stay services may be limited.
