- Winners will be contacted individually via the contact information provided.
- The first prize, round-trip economy class tickets (ICN-SIN) provided by Singapore Airlines, will be awarded to 2 teams, each consisting of 2 people (a total of 4 tickets).
- For round-trip tickets, we will provide a voucher containing information on available travel dates, ticket issuance period, reservation methods, and terms and conditions.
- The flight tickets provided as prizes are valid for (use within) 6 months (excluding specific periods such as Chuseok). Reservations can be made directly through duty personnel’s contact number indicated on the voucher.
- Please note that ancillary charges (including airport taxes) will be levied for the flight tickets provided as prizes. For further details, please refer to the terms and conditions stated on the voucher.
- Blog postings must remain publicly available for a minimum of 1 year.
- Reviews written for the purpose of event participation may be utilized for future L'Escape marketing purposes.
- Participation is not allowed if images or videos other than those directly captured by participants are used or if images uploaded to websites are utilized.

L’Escape Hotel of JOSUN HOTELS & RESORTS Inc. (hereinafter the “Company”) values its guests’ information including e-mail addresses registered by customers while using the service of the Company’s website (hereinafter the “Website”). The Company does not collect e-mail address without customers’ consents. If a company automatically collects its customers’ e-mail addresses by using technical means to send commercial e-mails, it shall be faced with less than a year jail sentence or be fined less than KRW10, 000,000 in accordance with the Subparagraph 3 of the Paragraph 5 of the Article 50 of the Korean Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection (IT Network Act).
L’Escape Hotel will be operated under the Marriott brand from December 29, 2025.
Accordingly, your personal information related to reservations and stays will be transferred and provided to Marriott (Country: United States).

- Marriott (Country: United States)
2. Items of Personal Information Transferred/Provided
- Reservation and stay information (name, gender, mobile phone number, email address),
financial information (card type, card number, expiration date, date of birth), and booking/stay details.
3. Purpose of Transfer/Provision
- To operate global brand-standard services, identify and verify guests, provide hotel reservation and stay services,
manage room operations and handle customer service and inquiries.
4. Time and Method of Transfer/Provision
- Securely transmitted and stored through the hotel system upon check-out after the transition date.
5. Retention and Use Period
- 7 years after room reservation.
※ Please note that under the Marriott brand policy, the retention period will be extended to 7 years,
compared to the previous consent form’s 5-year retention period.
You may refuse to consent; however, in such cases, reservation and stay services may be limited.
