- Reservations and cancellations can be made until 6 PM at least 3 days in advance.
In case of cancellation, the full payment will be charged to the card used for the reservation. - A separate card guarantee is required at the time of booking.
- If any additional external decorations, such as confetti, flower petals that may cause discoloration on bedding, or helium gas canisters are brought into the room, additional charges for room maintenance may charge.

※ Separate costs will be assessed based on the extent of room damage or contamination.

L’Escape Hotel of JOSUN HOTELS & RESORTS Inc. (hereinafter the “Company”) values its guests’ information including e-mail addresses registered by customers while using the service of the Company’s website (hereinafter the “Website”). The Company does not collect e-mail address without customers’ consents. - Reservation and stay information (name, gender, mobile phone number, email address),
financial information (card type, card number, expiration date, date of birth), and booking/stay details.
3. Purpose of Transfer/Provision
- To operate global brand-standard services, identify and verify guests, provide hotel reservation and stay services,
manage room operations and handle customer service and inquiries.
4. Time and Method of Transfer/Provision
- Securely transmitted and stored through the hotel system upon check-out after the transition date.
5. Retention and Use Period
- 7 years after room reservation.
※ Please note that under the Marriott brand policy, the retention period will be extended to 7 years,
compared to the previous consent form’s 5-year retention period.
