- Please request flower service at least 3 days before the reservation date.
- This service is a pre-order product and cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded from 6PM 3 days before the reservation date.
- When making a reservation, a guarantee is required along with a third-party payment agreement.
- You can pay with SSG PAY or Shinsegae gift certificate.
- Discounts for credit card companies and Chosun Hotel & Resort membership are excluded.
- Separate decorations such as flowers and balloons for in-room events may incur additional costs for room maintenance.
- Room maintenance additional fee: 50,000 KRW (excluding tax)
- In the event of room damage, a separate fee will be charged depending on the scope of the damage.

L’Escape Hotel of JOSUN HOTELS & RESORTS Inc. The Company does not collect e-mail address without customers’ consents. If a company automatically collects its customers’ e-mail addresses by using technical means to send commercial e-mails, it shall be faced with less than a year jail sentence or be fined less than KRW10, 000,000 in accordance with the Subparagraph 3 of the Paragraph 5 of the Article 50 of the Korean Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection (IT Network Act).
