[Information] Pet-friendly Policy

At L'Escape, we value the safety and convenience of all our guests.
During your stay, you and your pet are allowed to experience enriching moments.
While in the hotel please be informed of the following:
1. Up to two dogs under 10kg are allowed as pets in the Hotel. No ohter animals may be kept in the property.
2. 100,000 KRW will be charged if one dog is accompanied. (60,000 KRW for an additional one).
*Additional amount by tax (one-time charge per stay, limited to up to 5 nights)
3. Keep your pet leashed at all times as you head out of your room and must be accompanied by their owners in public places at all times. The length of the leash is limited to 1.5m.
4. Dog Entrance Zone: Public Areas (1F, 7F) and Palais de Chine (6F)
5. Items exclusively for dogs will be provided upon check-in.
- Welcome kit (toys, snacks, bowel pads) : Provided once during stay
- House, Tableware: Rental
6. Pets are provided that their waste will be cleaned and will be disposed of by their owners in secured disposable bags.
7. When checking in and entering, it is necessary to fill out a regulation agreement to establish a proper pet culture.
8. There is a separate room for dogs, so floor allocation may be limited.
9. Restrictions on entry and exit may be requested if damage is caused to other customers.
10. For the safety of other customers, the following highly aggressive dogs are restricted from entering:
- Dosa Dog, American Pitbull Terrier, Lot Weiler, Stanford Bull Terrier, American Stanford Terrier, Dogo Argentino, Fila Brasilay, English Bull terrier
11.Guide and assistance dogs have no breed or weight restrictions, and there is no additional cost. (Submission of relevant documentation is required.)
